So people, just look at how slac I cam be. Even with my own blog. I mean this is only my second post. Well I'm just going to blame it on the weekend...juse because I can! Hehehe...Well lets recap the weekend. It has been a pretty eventful one, if I don't say so myself.

Friday night started with some painting of a miniature pegasus and a all night Warcraft III: The Fronzen Throne DOTA session. Which was ofcourse followed by a "retelling of war stories mamak session".

Saturday started out normal enough, did lots of house chores like doing the laundry and airing the house. Did some cleaning here and there as well. And then I resumed painting and base-ing the pegasus from the night before. It was to be a present for the birthday girl who's party was on saturday evening itself...so u know I was really rushing...by God's grace I managed to get it looking all well and nice, or at least respectable. After varnishing I took a shower, packed the pegasus away and headed to church for a camp briefing. After a pretty fun time at church fellowshipping it was time to head to the party. Now I was the last in a convoy to the location when I got impatient and decided to overtake the b'day girl...not a good idea...doesn't give a good impression either....but anyway so I over took and was on merry ol' way..just as I was waiting to turn in to the final road..I was held up by some blue proton wira...and lo and behold there came the rest of the convoy from a different route and just like that I was at the end again. The party was really fun even though the kids really tired me out by playing "You're it!" the whole night. A pleasant surprise was the arrival of a friend who was studying in singapore popping up and surprising the b'day girl.

Now on to sunday..monday morning worship, a consice message and a session that ended 15 minutes early for once! Yay! Then I was told that the wing of the pegasus broke off, super glue time. Not so yay. This pretty much set the tone for the day. Things falling into place for YF camp, Yay! Choir practice didn't go well, Not-so-yay. Lunch with friends from penang, Yay! The jam to get there, Not-so-yay! Raining heavily when there is no football, yay! No football, Not-so-yay. and the list just goes on and on..oh well it was still a blessed weekend..now for the week ahead ..:)
