Gut Smacked!

Craving: Lobster baked with salt, pepper, butter and herbs

I fulfilled a couple of my cravings the other day. Discovered a new "fast food" kind of pie shop in One Utama, and to my surprise they had *GASP* Steak and Kidney Pie! Amazing! Couldn't believe it! Never thought I'd see it here in Malaysia so it was truly a pleasant surprise. I've also cleared up my crab and steak cravings for quite a long while. Last week was a pretty good week in respect to food and I had many many delicious dinners...and not a single trip to the gym...*sob* So it's back to the gym for me this week.

Made a commitment the other day. Am signing up for the 2nd Annual Teenstreet Malaysia. Once again going as coach. Not sure how I'm going to get my leave and all but I'm gonna go by faith in this. Last years experience was awesome and I'd definately want to be part of this year's trip. If any of you are between 13 - 17 years of age? I'd strongly recommend you sign up for it as participants. If you are older then that then come as part of the Service Team or as a Coach. It is a wonderful thing to get to see God work in the lives of the youth. Be a part of it!

On another note, have you ever lived in denial of something for a long while, only for reality to land you a good smack in the gut? It sucks. Especially when reality only serves to complicate matters and to throw you on another emotional rollercoaster. *Sigh*
