Craving: Cheese with bacon bits

Things are really busy at work now, and on most days I get home pretty late. Not as late as some ppl but 8-9pm plus 4-5 days a week is pretty late for me. You see I'm a strong believer in not doing OT. Which means I don't stay back late just to look hardworking, instead I strive to finish all my work during regular working hours so I can go home and actually have a life. So having to stay back because of datelines is really cramping my style. On top of that I have other projects out side of work on my mind, the foremost of which is me having to give a talk to my Youth Group in about a weeks time. Sad thing is I haven't had time to do any preparation yet so I'm really just going by faith here. Hopefully I'll be able to get some stuff done over the weekend.

I had a chat with my favourite penguin yesterday. Was on my way home yesterday when I realized i hadn't had a chat with her in awhile. So I decided to give her a call, twice! Too bad she didn't pick up her phone. The nice thing was she called back about an hour or so later and we had a nice long chat. There was a little akwardness in it all since well, we both have so different lives now but we still managed to have an enjoyable chat (for me at least!). Alot of the closeness was still there and the chat really made my day. Too bad the situation isn't the same with all of my previously close friends overseas....(Niece! Are you reading this??? It's a blatant hint!!! *HINT* *HINT*)
