Troubled

Craving: Salt Baked Crabs

I'm troubled. Something was brought to my attention lately and it has made me look at and evaluate myself.....

Sometimes I just wish there was a gadget who could warn me when somethings are getting out of line....sigh...

Rocks, Hard Places and more

Craving : Red Wine Mee Suah

There are times I just don't know what to do. Have you ever been in a position when you were stuck between two people? Stuck between two friends? Haih...I had to make a decision on that last night and I still don't know if I did the right thing. On hindsight I probably should have straight away backed out of the situation, but how can I turn away from a person who is in need of comfort? What kind of friend would I be? All I can do now is pray that I did the right thing and hope that even if I didn't, God will work it out anyway....

Sometimes I think this is why I feel the longing for a special someone in my life. There is something comforting about knowing that you have someone that is there for you, who will hold, who will put you first even though you will never expect them too, but that's why they do it. Sometimes I look around at my friends and think to myself, "Why can't I have what they have?". I know God has his plans and timing, but I sometimes can't help but ask..."Can't we speed things up a little eh Lord?" :)

But I guess this is why having good friends are so important. I've been blessed with many and I'm thankful for them. In times when you can't talk to one, there is always another you can turn to. I talked to one such friend like that last night for over 2 hours, and even though I didn't mention any of the above, just the talking itself was enough. You know who you are. Thanks, and dun feel sorry, I didn't want to talk about it, but I just wanted to talk. You did plenty. Thanks.

Earthquake?

Craving : Read post below

Just felt a sustained tremor for about 1 - 2 minutes. Could it be an earthquake? I'm not sure. But the vibrations were pretty large, obvious enough that everyone in my office felt it. Checked the web, but there is nothing about an Earthquake in the Malaysia region out yet. Anyone with news please let me know.

Cheatin' Orange

Craving : Double Chocolate Chip Milkshake

This is anything much, but I came across this picture on the web and thought I'd share it with you. I think it's quite well done :) Hehe.

Cute eh???

My Wish.....

Cravings : Prawns wrapped in bread and deep fried.

Time really flies. It seems like september flew by in a blur and I'm way behind in my work. Sigh. Need to get back on the ball quick and fast.

Watched "I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry" yesterday, and it's an excellent show. If you haven't watched it yet and are looking for a funny feel good kinda movie, I highly recommend it. I enjoyed it alot and was laughing most of the film. Also see if you can spot Rob Schnider in the film, I recognized him, but as the rest of the people I watched with couldn't recognized him it must be pretty hard to spot.

On another note, this weekend has been a good one. I a long talk with a good friend, something we haven't done in a long time. Like I was lamenting during our conversation, we guys haven't been out just to talk about serious/personal stuff in awhile, and it was good to have that kind of conversation again.

Hope....wishes...they are about the same....I have many hopes and dreams, but one in particular....even though it may seem pointless and stupid, but I still hope on. Doesn't make sense but then again these things rarely do.

In a similar vein, I look at some people and I wish I could just take away their pain. Make them feel better. Unfortunately there is not much I can do most of the time except listen. So sorry I can't do more.
